Before founding Parklane Capital Dr. Björn H. Söder was substantially involved in setting up a number of companies in the New Media Sector. He was one of the founders of getgo.de, the leading ticket portal in Germany before selling it to CTS Eventim AG. As head of New Media at CTS Dr. Söder was then responsible for the largest online portal for tickets in Europe.

Beforehand he was active for McKinsey & Company with a strong emphasis on Corporate Finance and the consumer good sector and as an Investment Banker in Frankfurt and Hamburg.

EDUCATION:
Diploma in business economics with a Ph.D. on company valuation.

>> JENS NOLDEN, Director
Jens Nolden looks back on numerous years in the Corporate Finance and Venture Capital industry. Before joining Parklane Capital he was a partner with an Investment Advisory Company specialising on structured and mezzanine finance and a member of the executive board of an international Venture Capital Firm. Former work experience also includes many years of consulting, corporate planning and interim-management.

During his career Mr. Nolden arranged various trade sales, financial transactions and restructurings.

EDUCATION:
Diploma in business science from the University of Muenster

>> PROF. DR. BURKHARDT FUNK, Director Technology
Burkhardt Funk is a professor for Information Systems at the University of Lüneburg. His research areas are IT integration and E-Business. At Parklane Capital he is responsible for the validation of all technical aspects within the due diligence processes. As the founder and CTO of getgo.de he was responsible for the design and implementation of the technical platform. After that he headed the web-development at CTS Eventim AG and was in charge of one of the largest B2C portals in Europe.

Beforehand he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company with a focus on projects related to E-Commerce and Banking.
